Seahorse Beach Club & Residences is a luxury fractional resort that rests on a special piece of the Texas Gulf Coast history. Seahorse homes have an open-air design, maximizing natural sunlight, the Gulf breezes and the beautiful Drum Bay and Gulf of Mexico views.
Interior design details include open living and gathering spaces, optimal views from every room, luxury appliances, furnishings that are casually elegant and comfortable with colors and finishes and textiles that are drawn from the outdoors, reflecting the beach, the sky and the sun.
The Sunset Ridge Resort have a contemporary elegance theme.
The eat in social kitchen has a high bar instead of the traditional table and chairs as the feature to the open kitchen/dining/living concept.
This club house has signature features like a 25 foot tall fireplace flanked by laser cut metal art panels as well as custom chandeliers dropping 15 feet with cascading light bulbs.

A collection of memories was the concept created by Architectural Concepts Inc. in Regina vacation clubs in Cancun and Los Cabos, Mexico.
They selected several artists from Mexico who created original artwork for the guest units. The collection of artwork reflects the art and culture of each resort.
The Ocean Club Resort was designed to provide a signature experience to the guests and it is located in Galveston Island, between the Gulf of Mexico and Galveston Bay, in Texas.
This design was focused on creating a warm and relaxing getaway for the entire family.
