The new imposing Trump Tower is renovated and it claims to present a new, modern style by the refined work of the Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) and its team of interior designers and architects. In this ambiance, standing out with its imposing presence and the elegant style, the Lapiaz Oval center table looks like a result of karst formations produced by surface dissolution of limestone or dolomite rocks that are freshly cracked and about to show to the entire world a rich, diffusion of gold.

Altamount Residence in MUMBAI, India is the latest design project. One of the most iconic furnishings from this unique project is the Eden center table designed by Boca do Lobo. Lodha’s Altamount luxury residences were inspired by the multilayered urbanity and culture of Mumbai. Luxury Collection Nanning
Na Lotus hotel, the 8th Luxury Collection property in China, resides in a high-rise landmark building, immersing guests in the heart of the ASEAN business district in Nanning. The contemporary setting merges the rich heritage of the Zhuang Minority Group and showcases their history through beautiful décor, evocative catering and magnificent surroundings. The Hotel comprises 290 rooms including 26 suites, all of which are elegantly inspired by the lotus flower and showing panoramic views of Yong River and Qingxiu Mountain. Yun Yue restaurant represents the place of fusion cuisine while Chinese restaurant offers Guangxi and Cantonese food. The concept of the overall architecture and interior design of the hotel is inspired by the dynamics of the river, light, and water ripples. With the changes of the sunrise and sunset on the riverside, the space is natural, fresh, flowing, and with surging energy. With the original intention of Marriott to bring hotel guests the ingenious service experience, the design presents the atmosphere of local culture in a modern and simple way describing the modern city’s fashion, elegance, and unique personality of space. The most distinctive highlight of the entire hotel is the lobby area with the 60 meters high ceiling shaped like the alphabet “A”. In line with the light beige walls of the atrium, the smooth curves echoing the waters of the Huangpu River are reflected in both architecture and interior design.

Located in the greener Kwu Tung area, Eden Manor sits harmoniously beside the stunning landscape of Hong Kong Golf Club, one of the world’s most distinguished golf clubs and Asia’s most historical one. The project is built from south to north along with the golf site which brings it a distinguished golf course view. Full-view windows are applied to residential buildings, allowing for more natural light. As its name implies, Eden Manor is creating a new suburban lifestyle combining the tranquility of the neighborhood and the vibrancy of the city.
Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh
Inspired by modern European style, the resort features 250 contemporary rooms with direct seaside views. This project offers exciting culinary experiences at the three restaurants and two bars, including Panorama, the Marché style all-day dining, and Tropicana Beach Club. Wellness is an integral part of the resort experience; the 1,100 m2 Serenity Spa features 23 treatment rooms and a dedicated foot reflexology center with an attached wellness bistro serving spa cuisine crafted with organic and local ingredients.
