Ritz-Carlton San Francisco
The iconic building of Ritz-Carlton San Francisco was once a home to a college of the arts, inspiring the selection of local artists to enhance the lobby. We developed a circle motif as a metaphor for the connection between art and the people who enliven the space. Each circle connects to another and forms its own set of connections, referencing the sharing of ideas and inspiration brought about by art and design. The resulting design brought a modern vibe to the traditional wood paneled space. -

ForrestPerkins captured the energy of Times Square when renovating the New York Marriott Marquis giving public spaces and all 1,949 guest rooms and corridors an exciting new look. An extensive renovation of the iconic hotel included redesign of the eighth floor Lobby, creating the new Crossroads restaurant and transforming the signature Broadway Lounge, which overlooks Times Square. The magnificently designed Broadway Ballroom hosts numerous national, international and local conferences and events. Our custom designs for finishes and furnishings reflect Manhattan’s verve and vitality. -

Known for its eclectic boho-chic style, this Boutique Hotel with its themed suites and revolving art collection sits near the heart of Union Square. In 2016, ForrestPerkins reimagined the Hotel’s Creative Zone. -

Near the Arts District, Clyde Warren Park, upscale restaurants and luxury shopping, the hotel features large rooms, gracious bathrooms and neighborhood views. -
The Joule, Dallas
ForrestPerkins served as Architect of Record for the expansion of The Joule, a luxury hotel in downtown Dallas that anchors the revitalized retail and dining center on Main Street in concert with the flagship Neiman Marcus store, which shares the city block with The Joule. The expansion incorporated three historic buildings, a new-build connector joining the original hotel with its nine-story expansion and accommodates a new spa underground, CB Provisions restaurant on the ground floor, an expanded ballroom on the second floor and an event pavilion on the roof.
