This modern Houston residence was designed for the 21st-century bachelor. This home as a complete remodel from walls, to paint, to flooring, to all the furniture. A sophisticated wine storage system was designed and incorporated into the living area which welcomes guest into a space that is both charming, masculine and sophisticated.
The recent design of this stunning home located in the prestigious River Oaks, features Nina Magon’s signature modern design aesthetic used to match the fun-loving personality of one of Bravo’s “Married to Medicine” main cast members. To create the funky, eclectic design for this home, Magon and her team renovated the first and second floor and incorporated playful furniture pieces like “Teacup” inspired chairs and “Heart Valve” sculptures to indicate that the doctor is a cardiologist.
For this eclectic modern masterpiece, Nina Magon focused on combining soft contemporary elements for ultimate functionality. The design for the home was inspired by the family’s love for travel, art, and entertainment.
In addition to selecting all the fabulous furnishings, Nina upgraded many of the builder options throughout the home and added multiple architectural elements of interest in order to create the most fabulous luxury interior design.

This modern version of a Renaissance Italian villa invigorates European design exemplified by the gorgeous magnitude of the white Italianate exterior.
Nina Magon of Contour Interior Design was selected by On The Mark Public Relations and BBVA Compass Bank as the official design firm to create the set and showhouse for chef and author Sandra Lee’s Super Bowl LI television segments. Not only that, but BBVA hosted a private party with many local and national celebrities at the showhouse for “51 Things to Live Bright in Houston” event. CNN also conducted several celebrity interviews in the home including Joan Roca, one of the three owners of El Celler de Can Roca, the avant-garde tasting menu restaurant in Girona, Spain, which for several years was named the World’s Best Restaurant by Restaurant magazine.
