During 3 days – (from 09 to 13 October 2013), fifty prestigious national and international exhibitors from countries like Paris, London, and New York, and LA based galleries, presented an extraordinary collection of rare and antique furniture, decorative and fine arts that represented all periods from ancient to 21st century, and contemporary art and design.
This year, and for the first time, the show had a new location at 3 Labs, 8461 Warner Drive, Culver City, CA 90232.
Beyond the show, the schedule also offered opportunities to interact with leaders in the design industry.
This 18th edition of Los Angels Antiques Art + Design Show (LAAADS), started with an opening night preview party benefiting the Decorative Arts and Design Council of Los Angeles County Museum of Art and honored husband-and-wife team Annie Kelly and Tim Street-Porter, the recipients of this year’s Design Leadership Award.
The pair has long been recognized as innovators in the industry—Tim for his iconic architectural and design photography and Annie as a celebrated interior designer, author and critic.
This award honors individuals whose vision and generosity have resulted in invaluable contributions to the field of design.
