Edyta Czajkowska founded her interior design firm in 2009 with a primary goal of creating meaningful interior environments that are a clean line, chic and fresh. EDYTA & CO. focuses on high-end residential and boutique commercial interiors and each project is carefully curated and edited to reflect an artistic and tailored sensibility for today’s modern living lifestyle.
Edyta Czajkowska began her career designing luxurious residential and commercial interiors for some of the most notable design firms in Chicago. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design, she is an Illinois Licensed, Registered and NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer and a professional ASID member.
Her amazing interior design projects have been distinguished in several interior design magazines and newspapers, such as Chicago Home & Garden Magazine, CS, CS Interiors, NS, Chicago Tribune, The Daily Herald, ElleDécor.com, Chicago Sun-Times, among others. In fact, one of Edyta Czajkowska luxury design projects has been recognized as “Best of the Year” by Interior Design magazine.
Although she had an amazing ride so far, Edyta Czajkowska is still challenged when it comes to sitting down and completing the business side of things, including taxes, bills, etc. She knows this is a necessary evil to keep the business running, but would prefer to spend this time finding creative fulfillment. Currently, the interior designer runs the show, with the help of an assistant as needed. Her interior design projects are primarily residential, and she takes on two to three at a time, ranging from a single room to the whole home.

Edyta Czajkowska’s design approach to clients with a traditional bent is to meld classics with modern for a warm and serene look. Project hallmarks are clean lines and a chic fresh look. She aims to elevate a client’s way of living with an aesthetic eye and a sense of style that is also comfortable.
As for the future, Edyta Czajkowska still has some dreams to accomplish. Besides being involved with interior design and working with clients, the interior designer wants to take on more projects in different states or even abroad. She would love to create or license a textile line and have a bespoke design showroom.
