The architects Lambrianou Koutsolambros embarked on a new challenge, the project Hopper House.
Its localized in a small village in Cyprus, called Agia Marinouda. They choose this place because of the climate, and also because of the beautifull landscape, making the project even more atractive.
This new challenge was to build and furnish a contemporary home, with a pool integrated . By the images, you can see the fantástic result.
They tried to superate the espectations and they tried to think first about the sustainability of the house, and also considerating the relaxing environment that they intended to create , not forgetting the elegance.
The eco-friendly, was also a factor that they worried about. Some stakes were placed in a environmentally friendly structure. The main reason was to give the feeling of space organization, and an additional refinement.
The pool and the vegetation, were also designed so that they are the link between home and the outdoor.
The circular cracks were created in order to let in the natural light during the day, and miss out on the artificial light at night, creating an dramatic environment.
Inside, the marble and frosted with complete detail the decor designed by these architects.
These designers considered “nature” as the main element, intending to provide the customer with a clean and refreshing house : “The result is reminiscent of the Greek island coldness whiteness and adjacency to land and water.”
