Texas Design Week is comprised of a series of Design + Art Talks by noted interior designers, architects, artists, product designers, and visionaries, with a full program of book signings, pop-up shops, salon talks and cocktail events. Top interior designers from around the country were in Houston for a series of talks, panel discussions, lectures, and shoppable markets for the Texas Design Week. From masterclasses with Jamie Drake and Caleb Anderson at Circa Lighting to the PaperCity Design Awards winners announcement, the week was full of exciting events.

As the founder and Editor in Chief of Cabana magazine — the world’s most luxurious interiors magazine — Martina Mondadori Sartogo has formed a network of designers, artists, photographers and writers to bring her vision to life. Influenced by Renzo Mongiardino throughout her career, Mondadori Sartogo has immortalised Mondiardino’s creations in her book Renzo Mongiardino: A Painterly Vision.

 

For Three Decades Bunny Williams Interior Design has built a legacy of superior design. Renowned for balancing refined beauty with welcoming livable appeal, the firm is widely recognized and championed as an industry leader. Rooted in long-lasting and valued relationships with clientele, Williams’ ability to mentor yet another generation of talented designers firmly establishes her firm as one of the most important voices in the evolving history of design.

 

Hutton Wilkinson was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in the architectural offices of his father and grandfather. As the business partner to the late decorator Tony Duquette, Wilkinson became the owner, creative director, and president of Tony Duquette Inc. when Duquette died in 1999. .Hutton continues designing residential and commercial interiors internationally which have been featured, along with his one-of-a-kind precious jewelry, in shelter magazines and fashion magazines including Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Town & Country, Elle, Veranda, W, New York Times, Paper City as well as publications in Japan, Russia, Germany, France, Great Britain and South America.

 

Jean-Louis Deniot has long been in the business of creating atmospheres. One of design scene’s leading names, the Paris-based designer is known for his stunning interiors that brilliantly combined history with contemporary flourishes.

 

After completing a degree in costume design at Wimbledon College of Art, Dean Rhys Morgan earned his fashion stripes working alongside legendary fashion stylist Isabella Blow at Tatler magazine. Contributing regularly to The Telegraph and the Sunday Times, he worked as a fashion and interiors journalist before establishing his own eponymous online gallery specializing in mid-century fashion and interior illustration. He currently divides his time between, London, New York and Los Angeles.
