ICFF 2019: Events You Can’t Miss In The Design Tradeshow – Over 900 exhibitors from all over the world, are going to fly to the amazing New York City to showcase their new and thoughtfully designed products for the luxury interior design market. From May 19th to May 22nd, all rodes point to New York City for the incredible ICFF tradeshow. 

ICFF 2019 is an annual design show that features a respectful reputation as North America’s platform for innovative and elevated global design. With more than 38,000 attendees, ICFF has more than doubled in size across the past three editions, welcoming design and architecture professionals across a variety of mediums, from hospitality to residential. Here are the incredible initiatives that you can’t miss at the design event:

#1 ICFF Gallery:

With more than 60 galleries, artists and designers, representing a range of local and emerging artisans to international galleries, this exhibition showcases the best of original art, sculpture, textiles and more. Here you can find that perfect art piece or collection to complete your incredible design project.

#2 Contract @ICFF:

See the latest design trends for luxurious hospitality projects, from the best interior design brands like Arper, Bernhardt Design, Blå Station, Humanscale, Kartell, Loftwall, Materia, Poppin and Scandinavian Spaces. Designers of better commercial spaces will target this feature as a must-see for the latest in lighting, furniture, flooring, wall coverings, seating, and materials.

#3 NYCxDESIGN Awards & ICFF Party:

The NYCxDESIGN Awards & Party is the biggest highlight of New York City’s annual celebration of design that attracts hundreds of thousands of international attendees and designers.

#4 ICFF Studio:

ICFF New York is considered the top North American platform to discover “what’s new, what’s next” in the interior design world, for the last 30 years. This year, the design event continues its 14th-year partnership with Bernhardt Design to organize the inspiring ICFF Studio contest, where all of the participants are judged on several aspects, like design aesthetics, the ability to be economically mass produced, marketability and commercial viability.

#5 Ventura New York – the Dutch edition

Bold infusion of Dutch design is one thing that we can expect from Ventura Projects during the incredible International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF 2019) hosted in the beautiful New York City! Presented by Organisation in Design, the Dutch design edition is a 1 500 sq. ft. exhibition that showcases the different approaches that exist in the contemporary design world. From established design brands to emerging Dutch talents, this year, the Ventura Projects bring 15 curated designers that focus their inspirational design ideas and approach on Dutch contemporary design.

#6 ICFF Silent Auction

ICFF 2019 returns with the incredible Silent Auction initiative that has the mission to help raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s Association, the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research. For the second time, the silent auction features items donated by ICFF New York exhibitors and will be on display for all four days of the show.

#7 Interiors of Spain

Meet Spain’s most creative designers at Interiors From Spain in Booth #152 and admire their unique creations, like a 3D-printed chair, ceramic centerpieces, crafted furniture and accessories in painted ceramics and blown glass sculptures. Alvara Catalan de Ocon, Ana Illueca, Luema & Vega, Manuel Jiménez García, Veronica Mar, and Romina Gris are the designers behind the incredible products.
