DOLORES PARK TOWNHOUSE PROJECT

For this home decor project, the client wanted to capture the essence of the multiple adventures that he experienced in several countries. The textured white tile, dark navy walls, and the hand-painted Porter Teleo wallpaper accent wall matched perfectly some of the client’s own unique furnishings in the overall interior design.

Located in the Mission-Dolores neighborhood (San Francisco), this tall-ceilinged townhouse features great floors and a smart layout for showcasing the client’s incredible art collection.

SOMA CO-LIVING HOUSE PROJECT

This is one of the houses of the Starcity initiative where the mission is to create housing that makes city-living more accessible to everyone, such as teachers and firefighters to servers, students, and small business owners. Their very first property is a fully reimagined + renovated house in the bustling South of Market neighborhood, San Francisco.

This home project resulted from a collaboration between the architect, contractor, interior designer, and client. The Noz Design studio created all of the contemporary interiors for the kitchen and bathrooms. They have also developed the lighting design plan and bespoke furnishings plans for all bedrooms and communal spaces and selected all the fixtures, finishes, materials, colors, and furniture.

WISCONSIN LAKE HOUSE PROJECT

This interior design project is a contemporary vacation house located next to the Lake Michigan shores! The renovation process lasted for 3 months because although the house featured a solid architecture structure, it needed a lot of work to bring out its potential, after having gone untouched for over 30 years.

To match the stunning lake views, the interior designer decided to keep the interiors fresh and light with soft white surfaces paired with refinished Douglas Fir subfloors (discovered underneath the old carpet).
