This New York Family Home is the amazing work of the interior designer Gideon Mendelson. The family chose this designer due to the fact that he designed their previous home before. They moved to Greenwich Village, so this was an amazing project to embrace and to embellish in the most extraordinary manner. Join Home and Decoration, and be inspired with this setting!
We begin the tour of the most amazing room in the home, the living room. This open and full of light setting, shares curtains from the Cowtan & Tout fabric, the pendant is from Studio Van den Akker, and the rug is from Patterson Flynn Martin. The neutral tones are the ones giving warmth and comfort to this place of relaxation.
Around the kitchen, there are a set of stools by Lobel Modern, that are tucked under the kitchen island, with pendants by Circa Lighting. The ambiance around the room feels homey, comfortable, and yet extremely exquisite. The bar chairs and the kitchen island definitely play the star roles in this scenario.
The sofa by Avery Boardman in the playroom can fold out into a bed, and the stools from CF Modern double as side tables. The ceiling is covered in a wallpaper by Zoffany, and the pendant and brass chair are both from CB2. Rug, West Elm.
The bed is a custom design by Mendelson, the walls are covered in a fabric by Holland & Sherry, and the wallcovering for the bed backdrop is by Castel. The nightstands are from 1stdibs, and the curtains are of a fabric by C&C Milano. The chandelier is by Martin Huxford Studio.
The girl’s bedroom is the ultimate dream for every kid to have. The wallcovering is from Robert Allen, the curtain is of an Elizabeth Hamilton fabric from John Rosselli & Associates, and the bunk beds are from Dwell.
