When you step into a space designed by Leslie Jenkins, you instantly feel at home. Her European influence transforms a room into an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Jenkins graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a minor in Art History. Her desire to incorporate all areas of design led to a job with a Houston architecture firm. That training and experience prepared Leslie for a future career as an independent designer.
In 1994, Leslie made a move to Dallas, where she brought together her architecture background and her unique design style to start her own interior design business — Jenkins Interiors. Leslie’s talent and reputation for creating stylish-but-livable spaces with a fresh distinction quickly put her business into the spotlight.
Now with offices in Dallas & Tyler, Jenkins Interiors offers the client a truly singular design experience ranging from architectural consulting and space planning to project design, interior design and decorating.
One thing that truly sets Leslie apart from the rest is her passion for authentic European pieces. Jenkins personally travels to Europe several times throughout the year to hand select hidden treasures for her clients and her shops. In addition, she and her colleagues travel to the LA, New York and Atlanta markets in order to provide more unique furnishings than what is available at the local or regional marketplace.
