Rio Ipanema Tower Room and Suite Remodel 

The project consisted of remodeling all of the hotel luxurious suites and gives to the amazing oversized guestrooms as well as a series of larger suites a brand new contemporary design. The interior design project provides a clean and contemporary style inspired by the hotel’s Brazilian heritage, taking particular interest in vibrant abstract references of Rio de Janeiro’s famous Carnival season.

Bally’s Resort Tower Room Remodel

For the Bally’s Resort Tower Room Remodel project, the interior design team from  KGA Architects created stunning contemporary interiors for the 2,054 hotel rooms. Over thirty-five unique room types were coordinated and implemented during the design and construction document phase. KGA‘s interior design team wanted to keep the key elements of this all bedroom decor and enhance them through a thoughtful and dynamic rework of modern decor elements, material choices, and exquisite artwork selections.

LINQ Suite Concept 

The inspiring LINQ Suite Concept sets forth the design team’s vision of what high-end suites on the top floor of the Las Vegas property could be. Centered around a circular, sunken living room space, the all design project was focused on playing host to social occasions, with a dining and bar area also featured prominently. This incredible suite features no only a large king bedroom and a luxurious bathroom decor, but also a cigar bar, champagne lounge, and poker room, designed to boost social interactions.
