Located in the heart of Miami Beach, the renowned design firm took the world-famous Versace Mansion from its iconic private estate and transformed it into the luxurious, Villa Casa Casuarina. The luxury property was remodeled by the renowned design firm, Straticon Construction, which is considered as one of the top contractors in South Florida. With over 27 years of experience, Straticon has completed 280 projects and won eight industry awards including Intercontinental Project of the Year and the Gold Prism Award for Mariner Key.
Originally purchased in 1992 by the famous Italian fashion designer, Gianni Versace, fell in love with this place immediately, due to the “Kneeling Aphrodite” statue and its Spanish architecture. As a worldwide landmark in architecture and also in the fashion industry, Villa Casuarina still reflects Gianni Versace’s taste and vision.
At the moment, Villa Casa Casuarina shares a total of 10 luxurious accommodations, sub-divided into superior suites, exceptional suites, and a one-bedroom suite. Each one of the guestrooms of the former Versace Mansion shares the most incredible and bespoke pieces of furniture, that will take your breath away.
