#2 AMERICAN COPPER BUILDINGS
The stunning modern architecture structure of this incredible development project is what makes the American Copper Buildings is named as the new skyline icon of New York City! The two copper-clad towers that meet in the in the middle of the modern architecture structure has a new sculptural design that brings a new dynamism to an overlooked area of the city.
Located at 626 1st Avenue in the famous Big Apple, the modern design project was designed by SHoP Architects and developed by JDS Development Group. Each tower design offers over 300 one-of-a-kind interiors with stunning views of the Empire State Building, East River and the Manhattan skyline.
#3 3 WORLD TRADE CENTER
Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, with a $900 million budget, the 3WTC is instantly recognizable by its innovative “K” brace. Developed was Silverstein Properties, this modern building features a column-free structure with inspiring workspaces and floor-to-ceiling windows saturate every corner of the floor with natural light.
Tower 3 is located at 175 Greenwich Street, in New York City, and has the goal to be the new modern commercial skyscraper in town. The building’s external steel framing seamlessly integrates the triumphant community of World Trade Center architecture.
