In Hotel Bellagio, Las Vegas, PMI made the renovation of guestrooms and suites, including corridors.
This is a concurrent renovation of two casino hotels – Silver Star and Golden Moon, in Mississipi. The scope included guestrooms, suites, corridors, and public space.

This is an adaptive reuse of historical Kimpton Monaco in Philadelphia into a high-design boutique hotel. Includes 269 guest rooms, ballrooms, meeting space, restaurant, and rooftop bar.
