In the amazing living room, filled with stunning views of the Upper East Side, there’s a Jason Pickens bronze mantel that anchors the wall of the living room. Completing the area, the designer placed a Gloria Cortina cabinet, a 1940s Baumann & Melun screen, and a Vladimir Kagan sofa.

Perfect to get the look of this exquisite living room, should be this piece from Caffe Latte. The Novak Sofa is a sofa that combines some details from mid-century style with a contemporary design vision.

In the dining room, there are Bronzes made by the owner’s mother that are displayed on a travertine console in the dining room. To give it an extra touch, there are Vilhelm Lauritzen sconces, Simoni chairs clad in a Holland & Sherry velvet, an Atra dining table, and an Orley Shabahang carpet.

A modern dining table with a capacity for 8 people, Bertoia is a majestic statement piece for any dining room by Caffe Latte. If the dark marble of this stunning dining table wasn’t enough to make this the design fit for your home décor, the golden ring on the middle of the countertop gives it an even more refined touch. A piece with unmistakable trendy materials and a design that is sure to stun you, Bertoia is a homage to design itself.

The bedroom is completed with Milo Baugham ottomans, clad in a Pierre Frey fabric, stand at the foot of the guest room’s France & Sons bed, and a beautiful Decaso carpet.

This table lamp from Caffe Latte takes its name from the winnowing method, an ancient technique of separating grain from the straw. Its body is composed of small lacquer wood tubes, representing the straw, and the abat jour shade emerges from the base with a light tapioca fabric, separating distinctively from its rigid body. By mixing a more classic approach to the shade with a contemporary design to its body, this table lamp would be perfect for this Manhattan Apartment.
