Boréal
Paris
During the renovation of the Jardin d’Acclimatation, the LVMH group and Compagnie des Alpes hired STUDIOS to create a new space for the site’s teams. The architectural intention was for the new construction to blend into its surroundings, a historically significant garden created by Napoleon III. A harmonious wood and glass composition with larch siding, glass facades equipped with Accoya louvers, and a green roof, the resulting structure is a perfect fit for the gardens.

Watt Plaza
Los Angeles
The renovated lobby creates a spacious, light-filled, and welcoming entry experience for this 1980s high-rise office building designed by architect Gin Wong. With nearly six times as much space as the old design, the lobby now features a comfortable lounge, a flexible, state-of-the-art conference center, a catering wet bar for events, retail spaces, and a new courtyard.
Reston Town Center West Tower and Jewel Buildings

STUDIOS is partnering with JBG Smith to design two new, ground-up office buildings at Reston Town Center (RTC) West, a new 14-acre mixed-use development located just outside of Washington, DC. The design of each building maximizes panoramic views of Northern Virginia while providing prominent branding opportunities for future tenants.
Estate at the Yards
Washington, DC
STUDIOS’ design for Estate at The Yards, a new eleven-story rental residential building by Brookfield Properties, draws inspiration from the site’s industrial history and celebrates the adjacent Yards Park by dissolving the boundaries between the inside and the outside environment.
Hogan Lovells set out to define their New York office as a global hub for the international law firm. Together with STUDIOS, Hogan Lovells transformed their approach to space and in turn their culture, prioritizing hospitality and transparency.

The renovation of the former headquarters of French oil giant GDF set new standards for “next-generation” office buildings in Paris by focusing on the base’s common areas.
Louis Vuitton Foundation
Bois de Boulogne, Paris
Designed by Frank Gehry to showcase the LVMH group’s collection of contemporary art, this iconic building served as a breeding ground for architectural and technological innovation. STUDIOS was hired as the local architect at the very inception of the project to work alongside Gehry Partners, from the initial sketch phase to delivery.
510 Townsend Street
San Francisco
510 Townsend advances the urban character and vitality of the neighborhood while respecting its industrial beginnings—and invites the community to take a stroll through an enjoyable mid-block pedestrian path. The design attracted a notable technology company, which leased the whole building for its new headquarters.
220 11th Avenue

Located at 220 11th Avenue, the Hudson Arts Building spans a full block between West 25th Street and West 26th Street in the heart of Chelsea. The Moinian Group embarked on the development of their new project primarily focused on bringing a sustainable, energy-efficient, and highly flexible commercial office to market that could fully support modern workstyles.

This New York Investment Firm enlisted STUDIOS as a trusted design partner to relocate and redefine their workplace at 55 Hudson Yards. The client saw this as an opportunity to create a workplace at the intersection of the investment and tech businesses and STUDIOS’ design does just that; striking a harmonious balance between open and raw spaces with intimate and refined moments.
