Ricardo Bofill is a Spanish architect. He was born in Barcelona and his father was also an architect and builder. He studied at French Lyceum , School of Top Technology of Architecture of Barcelona and in the University of Geneva.
In 1985 he was elected an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects. Bofill is one of the leading representatives of the postmodern style of contemporary architecture.
The official description of the hotel states that the hotel can be found along “the famed boardwalk of La Barceloneta” and that it brings a brand new style of entertainment, culinary experiences, nightlife, hospitality and recreation into the life of residents and tourists.
