Kristen Buckingham is part of the next generation of fresh designers putting a distinctive mark on the interiors of Los Angeles’ most beautiful homes.
She describe herself like aficionada of period-details, she finds the 1920s homes of Los Angeles architect, Walter Neff to be the ultimate design challenge. Kristen’s aesthetic puts a subversive spin on otherwise traditional design elements.
As a designer, Kristen is dedicated to interpreting her clients’ vision, aspirations and lifestyle to create inspired interiors that resonate with their personalities and sensibilities, exclusive to who they are.
With an eclectic style, our designer ventures into the boldest items, from vintage to furniture pieces exquisitely crafted by skilled craftsmen ,she also understands the importance of layering fabrics, textures, patterns, and styles to create a chic, perfectly-cultivated look.
Kristen’s design philosophy is influenced in part by Albert Hadley’s idea of chic suitability. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the Brentwood, California home that she shares with her husband, Lindsey, and their three young children, Will, Leelee and Stella.
Kristen recently opened a showroom in Los Angeles’ vibrant La Cienega Design Quarter. The showroom features Kristen’s fantastic collection of custom furnishings, casegoods, upholstery, outdoor furnishings, mirrors, and lighting fixtures.
